Todd Remmereid

Todd Remmereid is the founder and vice-president of CYC Construction, Inc., one of Omaha’s leading commercial concrete construction contractors with an established record of successful projects, both large and small.

Under Todd’s leadership, CYC’s staff has grown from 65 to 120 employees during the last five years with the ability to have 10 crews in the field at any one time. His approach of hiring experienced, talented, long-term employees along with hands-on working managers has resulted in extraordinary growth and repeat business for CYC.

In business for himself since the age of thirteen, Todd brings a wealth of experience, qualifications and certifications to CYC Construction, Inc.

Tim George
Tim George is the construction manager for CYC Construction Inc. He supervises the project management department, which carries the responsibility for project acquisition, estimating, project management, and contract administration for concrete, carpentry.
Tim joined CYC in 2003 as a project manager/estimator and earned a promotion to construction manager in January 2005. Prior to coming to CYC, he worked with Olmsted & Perry Consulting Engineers as a construction observer and in design services and as a project manager/estimator for Valley Corporation. He brings to CYC and Remcon more than 14 years of construction experience within the Omaha area in project management, field observation, contract management, estimating and design work.
Tim studied civil engineering at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and Omaha, and is a member of the Chi Epsilon honor fraternity for engineers. He is a member of the Nebraska chapter of ACI, a certified traffic control technician through ATSSA, and has been a certified consultant for Timberline Precision Estimating.

Kurt Mackie
Kurt Mackie is a project manager/estimator for CYC Construction Inc. In this position, he is responsible for all phases of concrete estimating, including trench footings, flatwork, formwork, structural concrete, paving, curb and gutter, and tilt-up walls.
When Kurt is not estimating and performing project management duties he works as a General Superintendent in the field where he oversees the day to day activities in the field for CYC Construction. Kurt joined CYC in early 1994, and has more than 15 years of construction and concrete construction experience. Kurt's extensive experience with concrete construction in multiple sectors offers CYC Construction a competitive advantage when it comes production and time management. Kurt continues to work with the crews to enhance out commitment to quality and production, especially in areas where there are high degrees of complexity involved. Kurt is currently working on projects that involve health care facilities, recreation, multi-use, education and military.
Kurt earned a BSBA from the University of Omaha in Nebraska and has attended a wide variety of construction seminars and workshops during the course of his career. Kurt has completed his 30 hour OSHA training and is ACI and Gomaco Certified. He also holds a Sewer laying license through the City of Omaha.
